Staff was very gentil/ kind.
We can feel cared about them,
Very comfortable and very quiet environment, really nice to rest
Can be a bit noisy between rooms, example, we can ear the side beds, or cleaning morning.
But nothing to perturbing..

The hotel room had all the basic facilities including coffee. We did a late check-in and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. Also parking was not that far, as its behind the hotel.
Light - the room has very few lights and no ceiling lights, and that was a big issue for us. Also the beds are extremely hard and the pillows very soft and small - worst combination. Also the photos on booking.com didnt correspond with what we were actually given.
