Last room available, nobody’s fault. Attic room with sloping ceiling reducing usable space. Not critical.

Staff was great as well as the location. It is convenient to have a bar at the location and even though breakfast was not included we found it worth the extra charge as there is plenty of variety including a fresh orange juice machine!

Outdated room, Poor English at the reception.

Location is nice

Staff hardly spoke English, the bed was hard and poor. General impression is outdated room. Breakfast was very simple and thus expensive.

The price is affordable and the location is convenient.

The location is great. It's in the center or town so if you have some last-minute shopping before Christmas it's great. The hotel also has free parking and you can access the hotel at night after hours with a PIN code.

We normally would have had breakfast at the hotel but this year we were told that breakfast would not be served until 9am, which was a bit late for us as we had to get back to my parents to open presents with the children. It would have been great to know ahead of time. The room was too hot for sleeping and even by lowering the heater in the room, it was still hard to sleep. In addition, when other people came back to the hotel, they were very loud and woke us up. The hotel is not to blame for people being loud, but the insulation is not very good probably.

Excellent good value hotel in the Doubs valley

A good value well run hotel with good size and well appointed bedrooms. There is car parking and Morteau is a good base for exploring the Doubs valley. All staff very efficient and pleasant. Snacks and cheese/charcuterie boards available in bar area.

Breakfast - just continental and a little limited - but products were of a good quality

Great place for staying one or two nights. Friendly staff. Great central location.

Breakfast is quite expensive, 10 euro's per person. We skipped it and bought fresh croissants at one of the many boulangeries in Morteau.

The rooms were somewhat dated and simple but clean and tidy. The bed was quite hard and springs could be felt through the mattress.

The perfect hotel for our short stay in Morteau. Staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, quiet, with a view and very clean. The bedding was comfortable and the room had a kettle with tea and coffee making facilities. We parked on site.

Un peu décu

La chambre était très grande. Le confort du lit et la grande salle de bain. La situation géographique et le petit déjeuner. Personnel sympathique

La vue par contre, nul, vue sur des murs, des toits, la chambre "froide" pas de déco, pas de couleur. Le coin spa, vieux et pas chaleureux du tout, pas de déco, pas de vue. Pas toujours reçu les bonnes informations de la part du personnel.
