The lady was very polite and nice. Though she only speaks Duits but as we speak Nederlands we could understand her . The room was big and two king size bed was sufficient for a 4 persons family. The best part was all the windows had black out blinds which gave us an uninterrupted sleep . The location is very good to visit Cochem or moselle . Burg Eltz was 45 mins from there. The bathroom was beautiful and big . I would say its a very good staying with value for money.

Spacious apartment

Nice large apartment in a cosy village. It was very spacious and very cheap. I t is close to supermarket and to the highway.

It could have been cleaner. The appliances were not clean either.

There was everything you need for a stay, location was good.

This apartment is in the basement so the air in it, temperature and light is like in the basement. Also hosts did not speak in English, only in German and Russian, thank God we know some of it.

Affordable place to stay overnight. Knew what we were getting in for based on the other reviews on this website but only needed to stay overnight.

Suspicious about whether bedding was clean or not. Bin had rubbish in it already - dirty used cotton buds! Host was very unfriendly. Refused to use google translate to communicate (we only speak English). Felt very unwelcome. While we were packing up to leave he let himself in from the internal door between their living quarters upstairs to where we were staying in the basement which was uncomfortable for us.

Very good

It was quiet and peaceful here. There was enough room for all five of us. There were comfortable armchairs. Spacious bathrooms and cleaner than most accommodations I've been in. Anyway, I can recommend the place, especially for people in transit. For 1-2 nights, it's a perfect solution.

Unfortunately the windows got wet from the inside when we closed them. In the bathroom, the insulation of the wall next to the radiator may be faulty, because the water seeped in from outside and there was a puddle. Unfortunately there was no microwave in the kitchen and no hand mixer. The extractor fan was either weak or blocked.

set in a beautiful place, would be great for back packers just looking to pass through.

i do not like them having access to the space while we were staying there and giving us no option to lock from our side. this didn’t feel safe. the place needs new furnishings and linens.

Perfect in every possible way!

The room, kitchen and toilet are really spacious and clean! And they have sauna too! Free wifi is also available and the internet speed is quite good. The location of the apartment is very close to the bus stop, which is perfect for people who are traveling by public transportations.

The apartment it's big and fully equipped. And comfortable bed.

We missed the view and outdoor space, where we can sit outside. We had a basement apartment. And the apartment is attached to another apartment and we can hear the noisy from another people staying in another apartment.

Grosse Wohnung, schönes Bad, nette Leute. Es war sauber sonst in der Wohnung. Betten waren mega bequem. Und die Besitzer sehr freundlich.

Geschirr war vl etwas alt bzw nicht ganz sauber. Ein paar Ecken in der Wohnung waren mit Vorhänge abgedeckt das wirkte komisch. Wohnung hat aber dem Zweck für die Durchreise gedient und war gemütlich sonst.

Auszeit vom Alltag

Die Lage war wie beschrieben. Wir wurden freundlich und unkompliziert begrüßt. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt auf dem Hof parken und unser Hund war sehr willkommen. Pro Tag haben wir zusätzlich 5€ für den Hund bezahlt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Wir haben uns ganz wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.
