About this apartment rental
Enjoy the view from both sides of this nicely decorated three bedroom, two-bath, first-floor pet-friendly condominium. From the dining area view the tennis courts, recreation building and man-made pond with the mountains of Franconia Notch standing tall behind. The rear faces a lovely space of lawn and the river flowing by.
All on one level this offers three bedrooms each with its own television and two full baths as well as a kitchen, dining and living area complete with wood burning fireplace. The primary bedroom has a king bed and air conditioning unit. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom a queen bedroom and air conditioning.
While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room and man-made swimming pond with sandy beach.
During the summer, you must wear a wristband to use the lake.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

Great condo in Deer Park resort, clean and well located, a short walk to the beach and clubhouse, and the river is right behind the property. Sitting outside listening to the river flow was very relaxing. Great amenities and well stocked unit.

The weather was not the greatest that week but the unit is spacious and comfortable. There was a water leak under from the stand pipe under the sink in one the bathroom between 2 of the bedrooms that ruined the extra paper paper goods. We just made a quick trip to the store to buy paper towels and toilet paper. The last day we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling over the kitchen sink. And a leak on the ceiling in the shower of the master bedroom that caused the plaster to peel. Looking forward to future stays. 8

Great location, but the property needs attentionThe location was definitely a highlight, very convenient and enjoyable. The kitchen was a plus as well; it was adequately stocked and made cooking easy. However, the overall condition of the home left a lot to be desired. It looked tired and in need of a deep clean. The couch, pillows, and rugs are worn out and should really be replaced. For the price we paid, we expected a higher level of cleanliness and comfort. With a bit of upkeep and updating, this place could be a much better value.
