The Space:
Welcome to your White Mountains getaway, a versatile multi-level home designed for families and groups who want plenty of room to gather while enjoying separate living, dining, and recreation areas across both floors.
One of the home’s best features is its proximity to downtown North Woodstock. It’s a quick walk to local restaurants, shops, general stores, and the Woodstock Inn Brewery, making it easy to head out for a meal or a drink without driving. Just behind the property, you can easily walk to the public access at Cascade Park, where you can swim in the Pemigewasset River and enjoy its natural rock waterslides.
From the dedicated entrance, the foyer provides a convenient, welcoming spot to settle in after a day outdoors, leading straight into the heart of the home.
The lower level is built for fun, privacy, and convenience away from the main upper living area. It features a lively game room lounge complete with a combination ping-pong and pool table, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a social pass-through bar counter looking straight into the lower kitchen. This level includes three comfortable bedrooms—including a dedicated bunk room—along with a full guest bathroom featuring a curved glass shower stall and floating rustic shelving. A discreetly integrated stacked washer and dryer in the lower kitchen adds extra convenience for long stays or post-hike laundry.
The second floor serves as the primary open-concept living and dining hub. Muted sage walls, crisp white trim, and warm wood-look flooring extend throughout, creating a cohesive, cozy atmosphere filled with natural light.
The living room centers around a wall-mounted flat-screen TV set above a dark wood media console with a built-in electric fireplace. Plush dark leather seating anchored by a large area rug and round coffee table gives your group plenty of room to stretch out after a day on the trails or slopes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for streaming, browsing, and remote work.
The adjacent second-floor kitchen keeps meal prep effortless for large groups. As one of two full kitchens in the home, it features rich butcher block countertops, white shaker cabinets, and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator, electric range, over-the-range microwave, and dishwasher.
The adjacent dining area sits right off the living room, featuring a warm wood table with mixed bench and side chair seating, illuminated by a classic multi-light chandelier and framed by bright windows.
For remote workers or those needing a quiet moment, the second floor also includes a dedicated working space complete with a sleek desk, ergonomic rolling chair, independent mini-split climate control, and large windows bringing in abundant natural light.
The upper sleeping arrangements offer peaceful retreats, complemented by an additional full bathroom.
