About this apartment rental
Just 3 widely-spaced steps up into this ground-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo right on the Pemigewasset River! Through the foyer, with bench for taking off shoes and boots, step into the living space with kitchen and dining area to your left and living room straight ahead, Enjoy the comfort of the wood-burning fireplace and flat-screen TV, or continue to the deck just beyond. Listen to the river from the deck seating, or step off and take a walk along it with your guests and/or dog(s).
On the right side off the entry is the queen bedroom with TV next to the hall bath, while on the right side is the larger bedroom with sets of twin over twin bunks and attached bath, with stacked washer/dryer opposite that door.
While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room and man-made swimming pond with sandy beach.
During the summer, you must wear a wristband to use the lake.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at .
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 + tax one time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.

Had a fantastic stay. Loved the location of this property with the river as our backyard. Close to lots of local attractions and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very neat and comfortable. It is located very close to tennis courts and the pool and lake. We loved being able to relax by the river in the morning. We would definitely book here again.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We have always enjoyed Deer Park however this visit not so much! Bathroom and bedroom doors would not close/ couch had a terrible odor and had a clump of someone's hair on it/bathroom rug soaking wet upon arrival/black material at base of tub and floor in second bathroom
