After an awful experience at Villa Anjuna Surf Uluwatu, we moved to this hotel and honestly it was the best decision. D’Prima is super amazing the price is reasonable, the rooms are clean, comfortable, peaceful, and surprisingly quiet even though it’s in a busy area with restaurants all within walking distance.
We originally booked one extra night by mistake, but the staff and management were so kind and helpful to change it for the next day for us. Really appreciate the hospitality and service.
We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely come back again. Thank you so much, D’Prima Hotel ❤️

The location and the room were both good.
The lack of communication from the hotel was very unprofessional. I had requested for a car to pick me from the airport and I never heard from the hotel about the request, despite emailing them and trying to call them (they keep hanging up).
