- Host was really nice and welcoming. Greeted us, shared all the details with us about transport, shops, recommended restaurants etc. Told us that we can contact him anytime, in case we have any issues or questions. After that we were left to our own devices which was really nice, because we were not bothered by anyone and had a lot of privacy
- Apartment was tucked in at the side of the house which was really nice, because it gave us a lot of privacy. It had its own separate entrance + little garden area with a table, chairs and swing bench
- Apartment had all the necessary commodities, like iron, ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery
- Salt and pepper in the kitchen was a nice touch, because normally we had to buy things like that ourselves and then leave 3/4 behind
- Owner even thought of providing us with anti-mosquito candles and plug-in which was a really nice touch
- Apartment had aircon which was a blessing in the hot Croatian weather :)
- The whole place was really spacious and clean
- There are a few shops and pharmacies in the close proximity to the apartment.
- We haven't really used the public transport, but there's a bus stop very close to the apartment
- Bolt and Uber from the city centre to the apartment were really cheap :)
- Tap in the kitchen was a little wobbly, but I'm sure owner will fix it at some point
- It was bit tricky to close the fridge door, but we were warned about it, so it wasn't a problem. I'm sure the owner will also fix it at some point

Very nice apartment in the quiet area , specious driveway and beautiful garden. Additionally the property has a traditional Dalmatian barbecue.

The place is perfect match to stay at Zadar. The room is very quiet, tidy and clean. The apartment is very comfortable for two people and throughout the whole vacation had a really nice aroma of clean and fresh linens and towels. There are supermarkets, restaurants and bars close to the location. The neighbourhoud is quiet and clean. The host (Marco) is a really nice and kind young person, who gave us tons of helpful information and recommendations for local sightseeings, restaurants, beaches, etc.
Maybe the only disadvantage for people without a car is the location. In our case we went with a car, but probably people relying on a public transport will need to walk a while. In any case, the accomodation is not far from the city center.

The location was nice, there were supermarkets close by which you could walk to.
The host wasn’t that nice. They hadn’t been really clear about what we had to expect and the house rules.
