More windows would be great and warmer lights the LEDs are a bit cold but nothing annoying.

First of all the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was the same as it was shown in the pictures. The host even brought us some cake one day.

The apartment has everything you need. It is clean, quiet, and the furnishings in the room make you feel comfortable, just like coming to your own home. The host family is very friendly and easy to communicate. They respond quickly and solve all my problems perfectly. I forgot my important belongings when I left, and the host helped me find them and kept them well until I returned. I appreciate it very much! I will choose this apartment again when I come to Zadar next time, and I will recommend my friends to come here.

I would gladly come again but only in summer when its fine to not have longer and hot showers.

It was perfect. The location was easily accessible to go around the city (using car) and the apartment had all the facilities which were needed for our stay.

The hot water used to stop 7 min later. So I wasn’t able to bath comfortably. They had a not so big tank which finished the hot water pretty soon.

Quiet and peaceful yet close to city.

Washing machine! Friendly and helpful hosts. Great suburban location with a beautiful garden and patio area. Private parking space. Easy 2 mile drive to historic area.

The place is really cozy, clean and comfortable. It has all necessary equipment to guarantee a restful stay. The hosts were really helpful, friendly, communicative. We spent lovely time and we will definitely come back.

Modern & clean apartment with private parking close to city center.

Summer Flower apartment was clean, modern, the kitchen was fully equipped (it even had some coffee, tea and basic stuff), shower had plenty of hot water. The bed was big and comfy. Check in was super easy, we collected the keys upon arrival from the host as they live next door. This is a quiet residential area. Great value! There's a private parking stall right in front of the building and also a terrace in the garden which you can use, it was so nice to sit down and relax or enjoy morning cup of coffee. The city center is just a couple kilometres away, a few minutes by car. I'm glad we stayed at this property, it was really a great spot while visiting Zadar which exceeded my expectations. The best sunset I saw in Croatia was on Seaside Promenade. Don't miss it.

Cómo estar en tu casa

Muy cómodo, súper equipado (tenía hasta lavadora lo cual viene muy bien si viajas muchos días como nosotros) y todo muy nuevo! Da la sensación de estar en tu casa. También me gustó que la entrada fuese mediante código sin necesidad de cuadrar para entrar.

Por poner una pega que no tuviera la cocina separada de la cama, al viajar dos el que se despierta antes molesta al acompañante. Es cierto que está retirado del centro pero al final si vas en coche no importa proque lo acabas usando para todo.

Очень приятные апартаменты. Радушные хозяева. Поблизости есть магазин, где можно купить самое необходимое, чуть подальше вниз по улице в сторону моря - слева Kaufland, справа Lidl. Можем смело рекомендовать данные апартаменты.

Il monolocale è molto curato e fornito di tutto il necessario: lavatrice, lavastoviglie , forno e forno a microonde. All’esterno gazebo con tavolo e sedie. Giardino curato. Posto tranquillo.

Le studio est top! Franchement rien à redire ! Parfaitement équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût c’est très moderne, on s’y sent bien. L’hôte est très gentille et disponible dès qu’on a besoin par message.
