We were in Nice for the F1 Grand Prix in Monaco. The accommodation was close to Nice Ville to get to Monaco and close to the promenade des anglais. Lots of lovely restaurants and cafes very close so location was very good.
The property is quite typical of French apartment living! We had everything we needed but it was somewhat basic.
There was no bed covering so had to use a blanket from the wardrobe. The concierge sorted an issue with the safe on first day and had the shower repaired the following day

Perfect location, couple of minutes from the beach, 15m from railway station. Quiet street, church view from the living room. Kitchen has everything you need. Good air conditioning.
There was no issues with picking up the keys, despite the fact that we arrived around midnight.
Bedroom is not comfortable: mattress is too soft (back still hurts), window facing another building in like 1 meter, no nightstands near the bed, you can easily hurt your legs in the dark, because bed is taking 90% of the bedroom space. Everything else is ok
