The property was spacious, and in an excellent location. The apartment itself is new, and clean. Whilst there are a few steps in finding the key and entering the apartment, the details on how to do this was very straightforward with pictures so it didn’t take long for us to find the apartment. The communication with the landlord was excellent
The shower needed some maintenance. The couch is a fold out bed, though was difficult to sit on as the cushions slide out from under you. There was also minimal washing tablets (only 1 tablet), and random body wash/shampoo which looked like it was left behind by someone else.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment, you get all you need and feel like home. Very convenient location, close to everything you want to enjoy in Nice. Highly recommended
