Cozy place and wonderful view from a beautiful and quiet part of Neuchâtel.

La crique de l’evole was a very cozy space with a perfect view of the lake and mountains in the distance. It was clean and had all of the necessary amenities that we needed to be comfortable and cook small meals there. The bus stop to get into downtown is right outside the door which is super convenient. Walking to or from downtown was also very pleasant and didn’t take long. Overall an excellent place, very quiet and cozy and in such a nice neighborhood with a view.

Location and view are wonderful. The windows are sensational. Facilities are great.

The shower temperature is a little temperamental, a thermostatic mixer tap would have solved that problem.

A most enjoyable stay, in lovely surroundings and a friendly host

The location was great with beautiful views over the lake. Very easy to get into the city on the frequent bus service. Appreciated the tourist card with free admission to attractions and free bus service.

the property is as advertised. the view was amazing, and the place gives people a safe feeling.

there was a bit of an ant-infestation, and there were some caterpillars. i have never seen caterpillars I. houses before, so I don’t know whether this is normal in Switzerland.

Pleasant stay with an excellent view to the lake and gentle people.

The spot and the view were nice. The owner was very kind and the place was very satisfying for a weekend

An all around great experience!

The location and the panoramic view are absolutely gorgeous. The apartment and furnishings are better than the pictures led us to believe. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom nice and roomy, the kitchen well equipped and there's a TV with Netflix in multiple languages (in case you get bored of the view). The outside terrace is great as well, a lot bigger than we expected. Last but not least, the owner is very friendly and provided us with good tips for things to do in Neuchâtel, and a tourist pass with free tickets to attractions and public transportation within the Neuchâtel canton.

There's almost nothing that we didn't like. Here are a couple of very small dislikes: Even though there are blinds for the panoramic windows, the front door windows let some light through, which may cause you to wake a bit early. Early in the morning, when everything else is quiet, the busses passing by can result in small vibrations inside the apartment (we quickly got used to this though). The living room sofa and chair look nice, but are really close to the ground.

Jacques was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was delightful and so comfortable. It was a perfect base to explore Neuchatel and other places in Switzerland.

Perfekt !

Die Sicht auf den See, sowohl vom Appartement als auch von der Terrasse aus, sind ein großes Plus. Der See zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar. Viele Bademöglichkeiten, auch abseits der Strände. Zu Fuß 15 Minuten, oberhalb zur Altstadt oder am See entlang zum Zentrum. Busverbindung vor der Haustür, alle paar Minuten. Gratis mit der Tourist Card. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer in der Nähe des Appartements. Mit dem Parkausweis des Vermieters gratis. Die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit, entspannt und sympathisch ! ́Kein günstiges, aber ein großes Vergnügen! Jederzeit wieder !

Da gibt es nichts....außer evtl. das kleine Poltern, wenn der Bus oberhalb der Wohnung über die "dalle" fährt. Habe mich nach 1 Tag dran gewöhnt. ...

Die Unterkunft kann uneingeschränkt empfohlen werden.

Es handelt sich um eine wunderschön gelegene, ruhige Unterkunft, die alles bietet, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Wunderschöner Blick auf den Neuenburgersee, ruhiger überdachter Außenbereich mit Eßtisch samt Stühle und daneben noch zwei Liegen mit großem Sonnenschirm. Die Wohnung (eigentlich ein kleines eigenes Häuschen) ist gut und modern ausgestattet und hat eine riesige Fensterfront mit Blick auf den Neuenburgersee mit elektrich bedienbaren Rollläden. Eine Busverbindung in die Innenstadt befindet sich direkt vor dem Grundstück. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Innenstadt oder alternativ in der näheren Umgebung, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Der See kann fußläufig in 7-10 Min. erreicht werden. Unser Vermieter Jacques hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, was in der näheren Umgebung reizvoll zum Anschauen ist. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür!

Schönes Appartement in außergewöhlicher Lage mit wunderbarem See-Blick.

Sehr schöne Hanglage mit wunderbarem Blick über den Neuchateler See Wohnung bestens ausgestattet Schöne Lichtakzente Wir wurden sehr nett vom Hausherrn empfangen, der auch einen EC-Kartenleser zur Bezahlung dabei hatte.

Die Toilette ist zwischen Wand und Waschbecken angesiedelt und das ist ziemlich eng. Es gab da ein sehr seltsames Phänomen: immer, wenn außen ein Auto vorbeigefahren ist, gab es eine kleine Erschütterung in der Wohnung. War, wie wenn jemand darüber wohnt und herumhüpft. Vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle mit einer Art Platte im Boden und vermutlich ist diese irgendwie mit dem Haus verbunden. Schlafen war aber kein Problem - manch einer merkt das vielleicht nicht, empfindliche Personen aber schon. Hinweis: es gibt sehr wenige Parkplätze.... da muss man schon immer auf die Suche gehen

Een verborgen pareltje

Mijn moeder en ik hebben genoten van het verblijf. De accomodatie biedt alle comfort en je kan er genieten van een prachtig uitzicht over het meer. Voor ons is het ideaal gelegen: het ligt op enkele meters van het huis van onze familie en zowel het meer als het centrum van Neuchâtel bevinden zich op wandelafstand. Bovendien stopt voor de deur regelmatig een bus die je tot in het centrum brengt. Bij de accommodatie is er een privé zonneterras, waar je in alle rust kunt genieten van het uitzicht. Binnen is er een gerieflijke badkamer en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Er is een zithoek met tv en een comfortabel dubbel bed. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de hosts, die alles in het werk stellen om ervoor te zorgen dat je niets tekort komt. Ook tijdens het verblijf bleven ze voortdurend ter beschikking voor vragen en hulp. Wij komen zeker terug!

Voor ons was alles perfect. Wat bredere mensen zouden eventueel het gevoel kunnen hebben dat het toilet wat te dicht tegen de zijkant van het badkamermeubel gemonteerd is. De verticale lamellen voor de ramen zijn wellicht aan vervanging toe, maar omdat er rolluiken zijn, heeft ons dat niet gestoord.
