La vue, l'accueil et l'amabilité de Glorija et de son mari, l'équipement quasi complet en matériel et produits et aliments de 1ere nécessité, la place de parking privative, la proximité des transports en commun.
L'absence volontaire de micro-onde et de grille-pain. Mais on a pu quand même obtenir le grille-pain en le demandant. La plaque de cuisson qui ne chauffe pas vite du tout d'où le besoin du micro-onde qui aurait été nettement plus pratique. Le matelas du lit un peu mou
