Perfect place to stay in Dubrovnik

The localisation near the main bus station and not that far from the city center. The view from the apartment is stunning and last but not least: the kindness of the owner, we arrived at 11:30 pm and he welcomed us in person, gave us plenty of advice about what to visit, where to eat, etc. We will come back without any doubt and we warmly recommend you to meet someone like him.

Dubrovnik is an amazing place and this apartment was a great place to stay.

It is a large apartment with fabulous views from the balcony. If I had wished to cook, everything I needed would have been available. Zijo, the host gave me excellent information about how to get around and had brochures and a map available. Zijo also made sure that I was aware I might have to share the apartment. My bedroom and bathroom were able to look. As it turned out, I had the apartment to myself.

I booked this apartment because it was close to the bus station. It is, but it is up a hill and there are steps. So it is not walkable with luggage. There is a bus though, which stops nearby. The host will provide that information.

The view from the balcony

It was not clearly described that this accomodation can be shared with other, unknown, people. This is a common apartment, not a "guesthouse". We booked a Deluxe double bedroom with private bathroom. This was not correct, the bathroom is located in the hallway and can be used by all guests that are accomodated in the apartment.

Irreführend

..die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist irreführend. Man bucht im Glauben, dass das Apartment für den eigenen Gebrauch genutzt werden kann, aber das ist nicht so. Man hat nur ein eigenes Schlafzimmer und Bad. Der Balkon und der Rest wird mit anderen Gästen geteilt. Die Fotos sind irreführend.

l'état de la salle de bains et que l'on atteint qu'en traversant les parties communes. Non mentionné dans le descriptif. Pas de petit-dejuner ,ni même thé ou café soluble à disposition. la propreté. les essuies ne sont pas changés même pour un séjour de 3 nuits

Приветливый хозяин, расскажет все интересное про город и если хотите поможет с экскурсиями. Квартира сдается по комнатам. Будут соседи в комнате рядом, но нам не мешало, мы почти не виделись.Просторная и чистая квартира, очень удобная кровать, качественный отдых важен после прогулок по лестницам и холмам Дубровника) было все необходимое : полотенца, фен, мыло, туалетная бумага, сушилка для вещей, утюг, кондиционер, теплая вода, полностью оборудованная кухня со всей необходимой посудой, wifi. И конечно же терраса! Стоит того чтоб подниматься по крутым лестницам и холмам иначе не было б такого вида! Если вы приедете на автобусе то с чемоданами идти будет тяжело, там крутой подъем по лестнице около 500м. Но есть автобус номер 3( 2.5 евро) он едет прям на верх(только не спутайте направление, он так же едет в центр) и вам надо будет спуститься к квартире а не подниматься или такси uber и bolt.

wifi работал с перебоями. То был то не было. До моря далеко. Если вы без машины то идти около часа, если на автобусе то с пересадками. До центра тоже около часа пешком или на автобусе номер 3 около 20мин. Парковки как таковой нет, нужно искать место каждый раз. Парковаться тяжело на холмах. Нам везло всегда место находили. В центр на машине ехать не вариант.

Catastrophe

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l’hôte. Très gentil, il a prit le temps de nous expliquer comment aller dans la ville où à nous donner 1 ou 2 bonnes adresses. Très souriant et gentil

Lorsque que j’ai réservé le logement, il n’était pas stipulé dans l’annonce que c’était un Appartement Partagé. C’était écrit que c’était un logement entier pour la location. Quand nous sommes arrivés, et qu’il nous a expliqué que la cuisine, le salon et la terrasse étaient communes, qu’on avait en faite que la chambre et la salle de bains de privative, nous étions très surpris. Malgré sa gentillesse, si nous avions sus que nous ne serions pas seul, nous n’aurions jamais réservé ici. Nous sommes partis en couple pour se retrouver, puis arrivés sur place, finalement aucune intimité mise à part dans la chambre fermée à clef … Au niveau de la propreté, je n’ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. Les draps n’avaient pas été changés. J’ai même retrouvé une culotte sous le lit. De la poussière de partout. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était très sale et ne parlons pas de la cuisine … c’était très sale, vraiment le ménage est fait en surface et encore … Je suis vraiment déçue et j’étais très en colère d’avoir réservé ce logement à tel prix et d’être reçue ainsi. Photo à l’appui. Pour conclure, hôte très gentil et très sympathique, mais le logement est vraiment dégoûtant et c’est inadmissible

Top-Aussicht, aber nicht ganz so zentral.

Grosse Ferienwohnung und Super-Aussicht auf den Hafen von Dubrovnik, günstiger Preis.

Das Haus liegt erhöht am Hang. Unten in Dubrovnik gibt es gute Restaurants, direkt beim Haus (oben) nicht. Bei meinem Aufenthalt regnete es stark. Mit viel Glück erwischte ich die Phasen dazwischen. Der Treppenweg hat es in sich. War ja gut zu Fuss, aber dies ist sehr hilfreich. Oben an der Strasse dürfte ein Bus fahren, aber auch bis dahin ist es ein kleines Stück.
