Goede locatie, appartement op 10de verdieping met mooi uitzicht op Alcazaba en Gibralfaro. Schoon appartement, goede matrassen. Voor 2 personen prima, rustig en ruim appartement.
Helaas geen balkon. Douchebak kan glad zijn. Warm water beperkt, wellicht door boiler. Ramen zijn niet zeer geluidwerend dus ondanks 10de etage best veel geluid van buiten. Maar is rustige buurt en geluid hoort erbij als je in stad verblijft.

Distanța bună față de parcarea subterană, centru și plajă. Bloc de locuințe de 12 etaje cu 2 lifturi.
- aspectul neîngrijit al pereților, murdari și cu zgârieturi; - televizorul vechi, mult sub cerințele prezentului; - cafetiere antice; - podeaua cabinei de duș un pericol pentru siguranță, e foarte alunecoasă; - lipsa unui set de prosoape la dispoziție, am fost nevoit să le solicit; - capacele wc- ului și bideului sunt ciobite; - au fost 3-4 zile în care a bătut vântul tare iar geamurile păreau că s-ar putea dezintegra. Am coborât obloanele dar nu au reușit să diminueze disconfortul auditiv.
