We had a wonderful stay at Bespoke Trendy Hotel. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is quiet yet convenient, making it easy to explore Hanoi. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always happy to help, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of fresh options. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi and would love to stay here again

Everything from check in to check out was excellent! I arrived at Hanoi early in the morning and they managed to get me a room with no extra charge, which was so nice! Through my entire stay, Don was available to me through WhatsApp, providing suggestions of things to do, answering my questions, even delivering cold towels for my sunburnt legs! The people who work at Bespoke really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. My first room was small, but expected in Hanoi, and for the comfort of the bed, shower and A/C I didn’t mind at all, but they still ended up upgrading me to a larger room which was a quite big and had a lovely city view! The breakfast and spa were also really great. Location was right by train street so everything in old quarter was walkable, but it was tucked down a quiet little alley which was so nice! Would highly recommend!

The rooms are nicely styled and a good size . The breakfast was amazing and the staff were really helpful. The connected Spa was great value for money. The hotel is in a great location near to train street with plenty of good restaurants nearby.
