La Perla del Lago di Como

Breathtaking views! Very cute house with EVERYTHING you need! I didn’t even feel like exploring the area — just wanted to relax in the house! Unfortunately, it was too cold to swim (October). Very comfortable bed. Amazing host, greeted us with some food and wine and waited for us for a late check in. Location is superb too, 2 min drive to Varenna.

Everything was excellent.

Very, very welcoming hosts. A very cozy house for two – with an amazing view, a clean lake with ducks that swim over to visit, a kayak. The option to grill or bike into town for dinner. Good internet. Nearby is Varenna, which is convenient for visiting villas on other shores of Lake Como, as there are regular boat connections.

Not enough time to fully enjoy staying in this house :)) The house has sun loungers, but the sun is in the afternoon – so for those who enjoy sunbathing, you can walk or kayak to a nearby beach within walking distance. Walking to Varenna is not very comfortable as you have to go along the road, but with the hosts’ bikes, it’s easy and quick (by car, parking in Varenna can be a problem)

Lokalizacja, widok na jezioro, bliskość natury, swoboda. Wszystko co potrzebne było w kuchni, łazience apartamencie. Gospodarz czekał na nas z szampanem i ciastem i owocami. Wrażenie z balkonu jest niesamowite, jedliśmy tam śniadania, oglądaliśmy jezioro. Do najbliższego miasteczka Varenny spacerem 20 minut przez 3 tunele - trzeba mieć światełka. ale stamtąd promem wszędzie. w drugą stronę Bellano troszkę dalej ale też pieknie. Gdybyśmy mieli wracać nad Como nie będziemy szukać już niczego innego. Napewno tam wrócimy.

On the water literally is lovely. Very private. Cute deck to sit on and watch the lake. Fun and unusual building with water access. Owners very nice. Towns are close.

It is a bit dangerous to walk to town because of the tunnels, which are very dark in places, and the sidewalk is 10 inches in places. Driving is safer and what I would recommend.
