El alojamiento tiene una muy buena ubicación a la Plaza de Armas de Arequipa y lo mejor es que al frente hay un supermercado, pero atiende hasta las 8 pm. Las recepcionistas, muy amables, Noemí y Elizabeth, me trataron muy bien y fueron superatentas. También hay una pequeña terraza para ir a trabajar y ver las vistas del misti.
La habitación estaba adecuada en relación al precio, lo que sí mejoraría sería en el baño. En la primera habitación en la que estuve, el inodoro está sumamente pegado a la pared, por lo que no había mucho espacio, y hay que tener paciencia con el agua caliente, ya que al usar terma solar se demora en calentar el agua.

El personal fue muy atento durante toda la estadía. Cambiaban las toallas todos los días e incluso la ropa de cama con frecuencia, algo que se agradece bastante. También me pareció un buen detalle que se preocuparan si no llegabas a dormir; te escribían para saber si todo estaba bien o si habías tenido algún inconveniente.
El agua de la ducha demoraba bastante en calentar y el internet Wi-Fi no funcionaba bien en algunos momentos. Además, la puerta de ingreso desde la calle se cierra a las 10 p. m., y en ocasiones tardaban en abrir, lo que puede resultar incómodo si llegas tarde.
