Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center (7 min walk). Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice courtyard, excellent breakfast.

Allowed us to take breakfast when we arrived early instead of the last day when we left early Staff helpful when our tour bus didn't arrive

Nice garden and breakfast
No heat in the room. It was extremely cold. As we initially requested a space heat, I was told that they don’t have one. Finally, the 2nd day, they provided a space heat. In addition, no enough hot drink water is provided. Though the description in the booking.com stated that the hotel has electric kettle in the room, there is none, when I asked one, but was told that none is availabe. The hotel does have one hot water stand in the reception room, but a BIG sign hanged on the stand: Can’t fill the water is the water bottle!
