STRADONIA Serviced Apartments

The apartment was spacious, very modern and comfortable with all necessary facilities for a family. Location was excellent with access to all nearby city attractions in a walking distance.

Although parking was available, it was a bit more expensive than expected.

Well-equipped, spacious apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Royal Castle. Excellent tram transport nearby. The main sights of the center are easily accessible on foot. The central railway station is a 15-minute walk, or 2 stops on tram 18 and a few minutes walk. Perfect location between the old town and the Jewish quarter, with a multitude of shopping/dining options. The room was spacious, clean, and the technical equipment was of a good standard. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with choices for all tastes.

It was as if we were cursed, because various problems arose: 1) When we moved in, our card wouldn't work when opening/closing the door, which accompanied us throughout our stay. Solution: using a metal key. 2) The hairdryer didn't work, the kettle wouldn't turn off by itself. 3) It was 27 degrees in the room, since the heating was on, the Air Cooler didn't help. 4) The fact that the tram runs with a loud rumble, 10 meters from the window, from early dawn to late at night, didn't lift our spirits either. (Earplugs are not a solution! I wouldn't accept apartment no. 1 anymore)! The nice lady staff tried to solve the problems that arose by replacing the non-working devices. Let's talk about the deposit due to the previously assumed use of the minibar, and for damage. I have never encountered anything like this in any country, although I have been to a few places in the world. Okay, I paid. When I arrived, I indicated that we had not consumed anything and the room was in better condition than it was. I did not get my deposit back even after 05 days. Note: In my absence, the minibar and the apartment were checked after I left. I do not consider this a fair procedure! Upon arrival, do not expect to be able to easily unload your car, because the accommodation is located next to a single-lane road, with cars parked along the right side of the road. The same thing awaits you when you leave. The parking lot is easily accessible by car, from there the accommodation is 100 m on foot. Pay attention that the parking lot is located directly behind the double-winged, large, brown gate next to the church, because if not, you can go another round!

The property was super clean and quiet. It had everything you needed in the kitchen and bathroom, including a nice balcony. The staff were extra kind and helpful throughout the entire stay. We would love to stay there again. Another plus was the location- it’s strategically located in the middle of a lot of the attractions! Walkable everywhere.

Beautiful from the entrance to the room. The view from our room (20) was outstanding. The facilities in the room out this world. Having a bath was brilliant

The only thing I would say is Need more English channels And the plug in the bath to be more secure
