It’s very large house very bright and relatively clean. The house is connected to outdoor patio an outdoor shower and bathroom. I saw some bugs such as cockroaches and many Geckos but this was inevitable since there were gaps under doors connecting to outside. There’s a basic kitchen enough to prepare simple meals.
The wifi was acceptable but at times super slow. I stayed for 30 days and of these 30 days about 5 days I didn’t have connection. The neighbourhood is very quiet and I absolutely felt safe at all times. The property is about 1 km walk to the beach and all around there are small grocery stores.

It was very big villa, with two bedrooms, very big hall, terrace and most amazing - shower under the sky
It like rather old villa, but sure it’s even some charm in it But some smell of old house was in the rooms And don’t know exactly about WiFi, can connect)
