The location is quite convenient, as it is within walking distance of the main city attractions.

The exterior of the building is in terrible condition and has a very strange, unappealing appearance. There are quite a few stairs to climb, and the property does not offer private parking. Finding a spot for our rental car was a huge headache because the surrounding parking areas are very expensive. We spent a long time driving around on multiple occasions just to find a place to park.

Great location, clean apartment and a nice host!

The host is very kind and available, he showed us the apartment and where to park. The location is perfect, in the nearby there are several bakeries, supermarkets, the green market and the Diocletian 's palace is around the corner

The apartment is in an oldish building, second floor without lift. Very small, the access to the bathroom is by a step and the door doesn't fully open. The kitchen is not well equipped and the stove is included on the small oven. The sink didn't work properly. The bed had just the inner bed linen whilst on the top there was directly the blanket. All the furniture is old and gives a sense of abandonment and neglect. There is a washing machine outside the apartment but no soap for it. The parking is not private and is some steps away. Otherwise there is a paid parking in front of the building. WiFi was good but internet connection was slow and sometimes didn't work properly (may be a problem for homeworkers). Unfortunately, we concluded that the reviews we saw are rather misleading.
