Nice apartment in the middle of nature

No problems at all Nice flat in a good location to visit Antwerp, Brugge and Gent

Good place for short stay

Had everything we needed. For autumn/winter it was a good place to stay, but in the middle of nowhere. So in summer would be better near/in town when there are activities and festivities going on.

There was a strong smell in the bathroom. It diminished by the end of our stay.

area was very quiet, countryside location. accomodation was perfect for out requirements

satnav showed route in that was blocked for cars as bicycles only. car parking was other side of path from property so could not see the motorcycles from the room.

Everything was wonderful. Comfortable bed, big room. Living area and table with chairs. The kitchen has everything you need in place. Very spacious and stylish bathroom.

The pillow is slightly uncomfortable. Only one bedside table. Dim light. But these are trifles (rather recommendations and not complaints).

Can be recommended for families visiting cities as train station with IC-stop is nearby.

Well kept estate with a lot of space. Spacious appartments with very good hotel standard. Near to train stations and supermarkts (car 10 minutes).

Had to ask several prior for arrival information in English. The room was too warm and air conditioning instructions were not complete. The floor was very warm as if underfloor heating was on when it was 25C in the room.

Great location off the main motorway network, secure parking, spacious rooms and great facilities.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped.

I asked for a garden room on the ground floor if possible, my wife has difficulty walking. The room was changed to one upstairs. But we managed okay.

We stayed in 2 studio rooms and we really enjoyed our stay.

The instructions were clear. Parking was possible at the property. The room and the bathroom were spotless.

The utensils in the kitchenette, especially the pans could be renewed as the pans had scratches on them.

Key was missing from the lock box, it was necessary to spend time, gas and money to pick up the key from 10km away, managers/host didn't call back to solve amiable those inconvenience even if their employee took my phone number and promised to call me back a.s.a.p.

Poor furniture, poor equipment in the kitchen (2 knives and 2 forks only - not matching, 2 glasses one with a chip (which broke on seond day), television would not receive channels and we were only able to use some of our Amazon Prime channels) Door between bedroom and bathroom inadequate for privacy. No bedside lamps, only 1 bedside table. Had to leave a day early and move to a hotel as the toilet backed up. Not a good stay. Felt grim and unwelcoming and neglected.

Good facilities and location marred by incompetent handling of the booking

Quiet location with a well-appointed self-catering studio and parking close by. Also late arrival possibility which led to what I didn't like.

That the welcoming email gave confusing instructions about how to find the property. It was eventually found by SatNav using its address of Watermolenstraat having previously found it was nowhere nearby the recommended way of finding it. That there was no key in the collection box and that the code was taped to the side of the box = very secure! That the existence of a booking was initially denied and that when it was admitted I had to drive 10 km to a different address to be given the key cards and 1/2 bottle of Cava (value <5EU ) for my time (1Hr) and trouble.
