+ the location is pretty good - buses, store, stobrec beach and lively part of the city is within a 15 minute walk. the house itself is on a street where locals live, fun to see how they live + host family is wonderful - i only talked to the host on the phone, but he was kind and even allowed us to check in earlier, then we were let in by his polite brother, and on the day we were leaving (i assume) the hosts mother waved us goodbye. she did not speak english, but communicating with google translate was no problem :) + spacious, air con and tv in every bedroom + has all the essentials and more, nothing extra was needed. + the location is quite good if you want to stay in a calmer area, but visit split during the day (its about a 20-30 minute bus ride, depends on traffic)

i cant really say that this is a minus, but the location is a bit 50/50, depends on the month. i dont mind a 15 minute walk, however we visited croatia in august and the temperature during the day was always 30 c +, and that short walk can be unbearable sometimes, even the locals dont walk around much during the midday, from what ive seen. if youre planning to go the beach for the entire day then walk is bearable, but if youre constantly planning on being on the move, or walking much - it might be a bit hard.

El departamento es perfecto, está un poco alejado de la playa pero nada que objetar. El anfitrión super amable, nos llevó con su auto a conocer el lugar y a hacer las compras en el supermercado. Todo el departamento es nuevo. Super recomendable.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’appartement est très spacieux et encore mieux que sur les photos. Il dispose de trois chambres, de deux salles de bain et est entièrement équipé : il ne manque vraiment rien. Le grand balcon est également un vrai plus. De plus, plusieurs places de parc sont disponibles juste devant l’immeuble, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôte a été très accueillant dès notre arrivée. Il nous a fait visiter tout l’appartement et est resté disponible tout au long du séjour. L’appartement était impeccable à notre arrivée et bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, à proximité de la plage.

La connexion Wi-Fi fonctionne mal et, un soir, nous n’avons malheureusement plus eu d’eau chaude.
