We rented two apartments, one for my elderly parents, and one for my family. It was nice for us to have our own separate spaces with our own kitchens, but also be close to each other. Both apartments were clean and very roomy. Lidija and her daughter are lovely hosts and are available for any issues or questions you might have. I especially enjoyed the location. Stobrec is a bit farther out from the center of Split, but the beach there is nicer than the beaches in Split, especially if you have kids, because there aren't large rocks or crazy waves. We would go into Split in the morning to see the sights, and then come back to Stobrec in the afternoon to relax and cool off at the beach. There is a pizza place one block from the apartment which had the best food of our entire European vacation.

I liked everything. First of all, the owners were very kind and helpful people. Secondly, it was very close to the beach. You can find all the facilities in this house and it is very comfortable and clean. I would highly advise this house to anyone who wants to be near to beach area. It is 6-7 km away from the old town.

Super friendly reception by our hosts! The apartment is in the basement, yet super cute, with an outside seating area. Lots of attention to detail.
