Quiet place, no dusturb from anything, anyone, the apartment has full kitchen facilities, and the bathroom with washing machine...oven, big fridge, air conditioning, free parking...
Moscitos, because a lot of greenery in the yard, althoigh, there are moscito net on the windows...and the apartment is down on floor -1...
