The location was extraordinary--beautiful view!! The hosts were very warm and easy to communicate with even though we don't speak Italian. Great espresso bar a walk away.
The gas stove was a bit scary to light. Long matches would be a good addition.

ottima posizione facile da raggiungere, proprietaria molto disponibile!
Affaccio con vista incredibile.
forse un po' la pulizia, ma niente di che.

We visited the property in September 2020. Views from the house are amazing and the house had most of the facilities we needed.
Our biggest issue during the stay was the state of the outside area. Terraces look great in the pictures, however, pictures are probably a few years old. The owner said that she couldn't take care of the garden because of the COVID, but it looks like there was nothing done for the ages (not even watered) - see the pictures.
The umbrella on the terrace was broken - the owner said that it was broken by the kids on the previous days and She will try to get it fixed the next day. However, nothing was done or mentioned until the rest of the stay (4 nights) and the umbrella looked like was broken looooong time ago (see pictures).
Garden furniture was filthy and even though the views were amazing, you cannot really enjoy it that much because of the close surrounding.
House furniture is quite old, but it is not the issue. There is no A/C in the house and the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Please note: there are lots of stairs, but this is standard in this area. Parking is free on the side of the streets. We had no problem but probably because of the covid - I can imagine this is the problem when there are more tourists in the area.
On a side note (not related to the property): Covid excuse was used a lot during our stay on the Amalfi coast - for example, tourists weren't allowed to use free part of the public beach because there was covid, however, there was no covid if you pay 30e per person in the paid area. Lots of paid attractions have been closed earlier because of covid as well etc.
