We enjoyed a great week at Casa Marina in early April.
We were met at the house by the lovely host Gelsomina who helped us settle in. She was also very helpful and friendly during our stay - she always responded very quickly to any enquiry and was kind enough to offer to arrange taxi for us on departure.
The house is very large and airy and sits literally half a minute walk from the beach. The lovely terrace overlooks the ocean and coastline and was an enjoyable place to sit morning through to sunset.
The two bedrooms were bright with natural light and simply huge - double bed and single bed in each with lots of extra space. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows with balconies overlooking the beach were in each bedroom - one had an additional small terrace with chair and table. The two bedrooms were connected so you walk through one to get to the other, which was fine for us as a family.
Despite it being the shoulder season there were a few nice dining options within a few minutes walk - we especially loved the freshly made pizza (1 euro a slice) and other yummy local snacks at Cafe Rafifi opposite the house. You have to walk up the steep hill (15 mins) to get to the other restaurants and shops up in Vietri township (there was supposedly a bus but we did not see any - perhaps due to the time of year). Taxi was 15 euro up to the township.
We would definitely stay again at Casa Marina - thank you for your hospitality Gelsomina!
The only small improvement I could suggest would be wifi - but we managed ok with data roaming.

The hostess was very kind. She met us at the property and showed us around. She made sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was very clean and pretty. The apartment is beach front and had an amazing view. It also had multiple balconies that were so nice to go out on in the morning. The place was also very clean.
At first the heater didn't work, but the hostess had someone come fix it right away. Also we had to pay for parking. there is no free parking spots. But other than that, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely come back.

Quirky house with excellent views and really close to beach. Host friendly and easily reachable by whatsapp. Traditional high ceilinged apartment with two balconies including room for outside family dinner. Good base for both Amalfi drive and sights (Pompeii, Paestum etc)
Parking meter nearby does not take cards. Bring lots of coins. We later found free parking (sometimes "italian style") elsewhere in the village.
