Gogas Amalfi Coast

Spacious light and airy property situated in the fishing village of Cetara, an ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday on the Amalfi Cost.

The property needs much updating. Several slats were missing on outside chairs/sofas. One of the sun loungers struts was broken. We had torrential rain one day and the outside door to the garden space let in water at the bottom of the door frame. The shower was very slow to drain away, which meant stopping showering mid way to allow water to recede then continue to shower. The fan in the kitchen over the oven didn’t work and one of the gas rings (front right didn’t work). Would have been useful to have a chopping board and more sharp knives (only one bread knife supplied).

Good location in the centre of Cetera. Nice open spaces to relax. Our host was very attentive and communicated well. We enjoyed the beaches and strolling around the town.

The beds weren’t very comfortable and could do with new mattresses. Did not use the garden as the grass was overgrown.

Ruim appartement (wat kleine keuken), goede voorzieningen (geen koffiezetapparaat, wel een pergulator, barretje aan de overkant heeft heerlijke koffie), prima airconditioning, ruime bedden en heerlijk balkon.

65 treden omhoog en dus ook omlaag.

Wow, wow, wow! Such a beautiful, homely place to stay! Our host Olga was so lovely…we didn’t get to meet her in person but she sent us a detailed video for check in and was always in contact to make sure we were happy and ok. Cetara is such a beautiful, friendly town. We took the boat to Positano from the port just at the bottom of the hill and it was stunning. We are already looking into dates to go back next year! 🤍💛🩵
