the hosts were terrible, i have never experienced smth like that ( even though the lady today was ok, the men was terrible, didnt even bother to say hi or welcome, even though for two days we saw him at the reception multiple times, it was annoying, not that we needed to be greeted )

Stayed as a stopover on a biketrip. Even though hotel is probably more famous for couples/families, we were still treated very nicely by receptionist and got all kinds of useful tips. Room was very nice, great balcony, view, kitchen.

Nice location, shame about the breakfast

Location was pleasant, midway between the two half’s of the town. There was ample (paid for) parking when we stayed, with secure posts for each bay which you lower with a tool from reception (you get to keep the tool for your stay) and you can raise the post behind the car for a little added security. We inadvertently ordered breakfast due to lack of German on our part, so hadn’t realised until it was too late. I’d recommend avoiding it, as it is horrendously over priced; you literally only get a couple of bread rolls and jam. There are no other options. And you take it on a tray up to your room. The room was fine, nothing really exciting as the decor is a bit old and mismatched. The balcony to the front with a sea view (between trees) was nice to have, although the ones to the rear of the hotel (car park view) get more sun. Overall, it was fine for a short break.

The room wasn’t that clean, which was enforced when housekeeping only turned up nice in three days, and then all they did was empty the bin and fold the bedding. Nothing else was touched or cleaned. Which is a bit poor in the current climate. There is no oven, just a microwave. Odd that it has a dishwasher though, which is far less useful in a kitchen. Reception closes very early in the evening (about 7) so remember to take your door code with you, as it’s needed to get back in to the building... oops :)

Ausstattung der kleinen Küche war nicht gut 👎. Zum Kaffee kochen und Wasser erwärmen ok . Geschirr , Töpfe und Pfannen zu wenig . Das geht echt besser

Super schöner Silvesterurlaub!

Ein super schönes Hotel, direkt an der Ostsee. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Problem mit unserem Zimmer ( war kein Balkon dran ...als wie gebucht) wurde von der netten Mitarbeiterin sofort super gelöst!! Besonders hat uns das kleine kostenlose süße Frühstück gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Lage - Top Personal!

Frühstück war in Ordnung, eine herzhafte Option wäre nett, der Honig vor Ort grandios, Hotelmanagerin war sehr nahbar und hat mir im Tausch für Hilfe mit dem Drucker mein Hemd gebügelt! Insgesamt sehr familiär.

Die Matratze war für mich, etwas schweren großen Kerl, leider viel zu weich.

Das Frühstück war zusätzlich. Kaffee sehr gut und immer zu haben, tolle Lage am Strand. Personal sehr freundlich. Appartement mit Küchenzettel und Schlaf-und Wohnzimmer war sauber und mit Kind 2 Zimmer super. Im Hotel ruhig. Nachbarn nicht zu hören. Insgesamt sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Im Wohnbereich nur 1 sehr kleine Heizung. Etwas kühl für November.

Für einen Kurzurlaub in Kühlungsborn top!

Ein wirklich großzügiges Apartment mit Meerblick! Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, die Betten sehr bequem. Wunderbar auch die Möglichkeit, ein kleines Frühstück zusammenzustellen und mit auf`s Zimmer zu nehmen sowie bis abends die Möglichkeit zu haben, sich Heißgetränke im Aufenthaltsbereich zu holen - das waren zusätzliche kleine Highlights.

Alles prima, wir würden wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir nochmals nach Kühlungsborn kommen würden.

Kurzerholung an der Ostseeküste

Das Aparthotel liegt sehr nahe zur schönen Strandpromenade, zu den Geschäften und Restaurants, der Wald ist nah und hat gute Wege für Spaziergänge, auch wenn es mal stürmisch ist oder regnet. Die PKW's parken gut hinter dem Gebäude. Insgesamt alles bestens!
