We had an enjoyable family stay, the property is in good condition and fantastic location. Breakfast offering is the highlight. Opportunities for improvement are around family-friendliness and more proactive customer service- check-In was very cold and abrupt, almost intimidating - service in the restaurant better but again lacking of some basic elements of customer friendliness, engagement with children etc.

Lovely hotel in the center, just a few meters from the beach walk. Nice, modern, and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. The very talented bartender Mike is worth a visit even if you're not staying at the hotel.

Nice hotel. Lovely breakfast. Cost still at the high end, though. Check in/out (handling of luggage) a bit stressful due to the parking away from the hotel and shuttle transportation. You have to pay extra to check out late. Check the location and facilities of your romm in advance. Only some rooms have a sea view. Some will just face other hotel windows and a yard and does not have a balcony.

this was an excellent hotel. Although there was a lot of construction in the area this was not the hotels fault. we were within walking distance of all major attractions and local resaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel.
