Location, pet friendly (fee)
Only received 1 toilet paper for 3 nights, never got our room picked up between nights, had to finally ask for a bag to throw away our junk, didn't get a tour of the facility to familiarise with what was available like the kitchen etc.

Toilet is outside the room. Have to go out to the patio to use it, its Inconvinient to use and seat is broken. Room was very dusty, Needs more cleanliness. Can hear steps upstairs even late at night.
