this is a very nice hotel. staff is very friendly and it's conveniently located near the border. however, it is located directly across the street from the beach. the rooms have a small window that does look out at the beach. the rooms are nice. the beds are not the most comfortable but some rooms do have softer beds. the rooms are very clean. staff is very nice. in addition, you get free indoor parking and free Wi-Fi. there's great restaurants surrounding the hotel. there's a beautiful walk along the boardwalk and in comparison to California. it is like going to Mexican Huntington Beach. the neighborhoods are safe in comparison to the city adjacent which is Tijuana which is Phil of crime and unsavory people. I've always enjoyed my time coming to stay at this hotel. I've always felt safe here

We really liked the facility and location. Staff are super friendly. The only thing I change would be upgrading the mattress to my liking they are extra firm other than that will definitely stay here again.

Room stayed in has no window, just one window overlooking hallway, no window in restroom, room exactly in the middle of building,
One pillow cover has a yellow stain on it, room carpet wasn’t vacuumed enough,
Needs a lot of rooms renovation, bathroom wood is so done and rotten,
We didn’t ask to change room cause our stay was just one night
