The Velario Hotel has been 'home away from home' for more than 10 years! The Staff is EXCEPTIONAL, location central. restaurant excellent and facility clean and fresh!

When I arrived to check in they stated that my booking was for a single room. I explained I booked thru agoda for a double room. They had me a pay $50 upcharge because there booking info was not correct. Notice this was the second time that they had me pay more cause of their wrong reservation info

If you book a double room, you’ll get a single and they increase the cost arguing it was a “price mistake “ so you end up paying more, no hot water, not friendly people
