Great location. Comfortable and cosy
Not sure what it would be like in winter as powered by electric radiators and no radiator in the bathroom.

The most fabulous location - right on the quayside & views of the working harbour. Fantastic sunset & sunrise. Large, well-equipped apartment.
1) Directions for key & access to apartment very confusing!! Don't knock on the door at the top of the steps as that's the wrong way (& resident is very fed up with people not finding the apartment door). Better insructions & signs needed. Lots of steps up as per the description)
2) Parking overnight is a BIG problem. We found parking by dropping someone off with bags & driving along the Quay (pretty hairy!) to the car park at the end. No signal to pay on app & contact less not working ... so bring COINS.
No food served in Tavern after 8.00pm - so we went to The Ship round the corner & had a lovely meal.

Location, comfort, well equipped.
Windows don’t shut properly, hence drafty, not double glazed so noisy due to adjacent ‘social club’.
