Apart from the harbour view, this apartment is very basic and isn't a penthouse

The shower heating system was sub-standard and particularly poor in what was described as a penthouse, which implies being of above average quality. Its best feature was a view of the harbour but this was spoiled by the windows being quite dirty. Generally, it was old and tired

Perfect place to soak up the sea air in beautiful Mevagissey

The view out to the harbour, from the lounge, is just incredible, as was the location. The Penthouse was also very clean, very comfortable and had everything was needed. It was just perfect and we’ve already booked to return! Thank you for helping to make my best friends 50th so memorable and fantastic 🙏🏾

Great for a long weekend!

The location in the heart of Meva is second to none. The view from the lounge window is just fantastic. Great lounge and dinning space. nice and open. Has all the amenities needed. Beds and bedding were comfy. Towels provided were great.

Overall a great stay. Some small areas needing a little TLC, but would definitely recommend.

Harbour view brilliant, accomm pretty comfortable, hygiene needs working on

(1.) Information about things like where to turn on the hot water, where to find the wi-fi codes, what to do with the rubbish bins. (2.) Shower is pretty hopeless. Hot water takes several minutes to arrive, then shower is either scalding or lukewarm (temperature controls don't seem to make a difference) (3.) Lots large streaks of seagull poo on the kitchen windows -- a health hazard, surely ?

Breakfast not applicable.Location was exellent! Beautiful interesting harbour.Great views from the large window across the Harbour,we loved it 😊 I would certainly recommend it! We were pleased with the toiletries and Tea,coffee and sugar they left for us.Those touches mean a lot.

We were delighted with the facilities.The stairs could be difficult for some people and you have to pass rubbish bags on occasions outside the property but the positives far out way the negatives.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is the perfect location, if you wish to 'people watch'.

Exceptional location overlooking the harbour, right at the centre of the village. A large apartment, which was immaculately clean with sufficeint facilities and appliances to make your stay very comfortable.

Mevagissey delight

Perfect location overlooking the whole harbour.

The access to the flat isn’t great as you have to pass the bins to the restaurant below but it’s a minor problem. The outlook more than makes up for it.

Excellent location, easy to get too. Advice is park at sunny car park, you can prebook slot and it’s a short walk. Handy for restaurants and coffee and lots of trips available. Apartment is very spacious, very well laid out and lots of games, tv, dvds there so everything there for rainy days or family.

Lovely view

It was perfect for a view over the harbour and being placed centrally in Mevagissey, it was clean.

There were no directions on accessing the property which resulted in a phone call, to find it was down the side of the bins and up the back stairs of the restaurant. Felt vulnerable with the door to the property didn’t shut unless locked and the door at the bottom of the stairs always unlocked. There wasn’t a guest book with advice on what to do with your rubbish, we only stayed 3 nights so bagged it up and left on the property. It also lacked information regarding what to do in an emergency such as fire and where to go. It did feel as though we were in someone’s house, we have stayed in properties before but this one still had shower gel on the side of the bath and half used toilet roll left. It was clean and the beds comfy but the sheets would have been nicer ironed.

Great location and amazing view

Access is via a narrow alley and shared door with restaurant below. This was often difficult to walk past (especially with bags) with bins and delivery of restaurant supplies. This is a shared access and the restaurant is behaving as if they own it.

Very good

Great location really enjoyed watching the boats and fisherment in the harbor. Even saw a seal come into the harbor. The accommodation was spacious and provided plenty of kleenexes, toilet paper, COVID stuff, and kitchen extras. Nice not to have to go out and spend time getting that stuff.

Would have liked a few more kitchen utensils. Really wanted a kitchen spatula. The refrigerator was kinda small for the size of the apartment.
