Affordable accommodation bit off-center with attentive staff

The staff was friendly and attentive! The air-conditioning worked well and the kitchen was well equipped. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

The toilet could use a surface of some sort, although the bathroom compensates this a little.

good Wi-Fi for work, self checkin, great host and their instructions

it is not in the center, but it was possible to walk by 40 minutes to there, or take a bus (but it was hard to buy a ticket for it because of siesta) btw the apartment is more like a room in the big apartment, but with own keys, balcony and bathroom.

Good

Check in was easy and done remotely. We arrived in Verona at 10.30 and room was ready for us which allowed us to drop our bags and visit the city for the day. We had no towels but a simple text and they arrived quickly. Bit further from centre than expected for walking, especially with children but serviced by good local bus routes.

Facilities said Air conditioning was included but written on the panel was not to touch. I tried but nothing worked. The room was extremely warm and we found it very difficult to sleep without any air conditioning too cool it down. I may not have booked if i had known beforehand. Small mini market nearby but very limited and no other shops or restaurants nearby. Eat in city or find a supermarket beforehand

Very poor

The apartment was good.

It would be the perfect experience if it wasn’t the rudeness of the girl who were there to clean the room when we were leaving the apartament. It’s importante to refer that this girl is also, or apparently, living in the apartament. We greeted her by the morning, she looked at us like she was mad and don’t even answered us and when she came to the kitchen while we were taking away our lugage, she started to slam the doors and the drawers, showing clearly she was mad for some reason. Maybe the reason was because we got late doing the check out, but if she doesn’t know our reasons, she can’t react like that, we are their clients. As I started this comment, it would be the perfect experience because the flat was very good, but with this attitude, I wouldn’t repeat it and recommend it EVER. Before this we even asked the host if they could keep our lugage in the last day to visit Verona a little more, but after this attitude, we kept so uncomfortable that decide to leave Verona earlier than we planned, and to change all our plans. So I hope that this allow some reflection by the hosts, , because that’s the linda of behaviour that makes them lose a lot.

Viel Schimmel, nicht zu empfehlen

Überall im Zimmer war schwarzer Schimmel. Dusche, Fenster,usw. Die Furniere an den Türen abgeplatzt, das Holz drunter verrottet und verschimmelt. Der Wasserkocher ging nicht, der Kühlschrank ist für maximal 2 Personen geeignet und Besteck ist fast gar nicht vorhanden.

Double facturation de la taxe de séjour et aucune réponse de l'hote... c'est pas sérieux.

logement grand et propre mais très excentré du centre de Verone et très mal desservi par les transports en commun. De plus, on nous a facturé 2 fois la taxe de séjour (10.5€) et nous n'avons eu aucune réponse de l'hote quant au remboursement de celle-ci alors que l'on a apporté toutes les preuves de la double facturation. 6/10 pour le logement 0/10 pour le service et la communication.

Idéalement situé pour visiter Vérone !

Même si nous n'avons pas rencontré notre hôte, Tout s'est bien passé dans les explicatifs pour récupérer la clé. L'appartement se composait d'une cuisine commune et de 3 chambres individuelles. Cuisine spacieuse, bien équipée et lumineuse. Chambre privée avec salle de bain, moderne et confortable, avec une petite terrasse. Places de stationnement gratuite dans la rue.

Puzza di fumo in camera ,notizie non vere tra Booking e la realtà,c è scritto lago di Garda 20 km ma sono molti di più ,con tutte le app minimo 40 km ..ragnatele sui muri e pavimento non pulito

La camera aveva un forte odore di fumo, che tornava se chiudevo le finestre. L'ho fatto presente alla struttura ma non ho ricevuto risposta.

No corresponde el precio con lo que ofrecen, parece un albergue más que un piso turístico compartido, la cocina sucia, el ambiente un poco raro, la ubicación fatal, no lo recomiendo para nada. Casi por el mismo precio puedes encontrar un piso solo para ti.
