First room wouldn’t lock and the shower spayed all over the room we did get moved to a bigger better room

Great location, central to Adenau. So perfect for a post-lap dinner and drinks. Accommodation was pleasant. Comfy beds, free parking.

distinct lack of plates, bowls and glasses in kitchen. Our actual flat was different to the pictures on booking.com. There was no living room area (thankfully kitchen was big enough). Also they wanted paying in cash (i am sure for tax purposes), which isnt an issue, but it wouldve been nice to know before we arrived, as booking.com suggests they take card payments.

Adequate hotel with fantastic restaurant and staff

I liked that the hotel was right in the centre of Adenau town centre. The Pinocchio restaurant really is brilliant with great staff and food. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys & Girls. Our room was pretty basic but adequate

The noise of cars late at night. This is always an issue due to the location next to the Nurburgring just be aware.

Would have liked to have a double bed or bigger in the main bedroom. We had 4 single beds. 2 singles in the main room and 2 singles in another room.

Accommodation is well located, in center of the town. Room was clean and fresh towels provided daily.

This was my own fault really, but I had made an assumption that there would be a kettle and fridge in the room. Not a massive issue and I should have checked before I left.

Great place if you're away with mates but maybe better options for families

Very central location in Adenau, there's lots of space in the apartment with two good sized bedrooms and a big kitchen dining area. If you were travelling to the nurbugring with some friends then it's ideal but this was a family trip so there were possibly some better locations if you're traveling with children. It is very good value though. Very handy for the nurbugring and it's great to have a beer in the square and watch the cars go by. There's a couple of really good bakeries nearby for breakfast.

It's above the pizza restaurant which is great but busy until quite late at night so it's a little noisy if you have young kids. Parking is ok but not part of the hotel.

Nightmare

Easy access to local food, and shops just up and down the road

Parking was terrible, we were brought fresh towels every day that was good while it lasted as sometimes we wouldn't receive any for 2/3 days at a time. Staff didn't seem to care about service, that be in the restaurant's or anything we asked about. One actually awkwardly slithered off mid questions we were left baffled. Wires hanging out of walls in bathrooms in our room as well. Under the bed was all dirty.

Excellent for a family or group doing a ring trip.

Had a good stay, can’t really fault anything although the apartment could’ve used a sofa or something more comfy than the table/chairs. Free drinks in the fridge a great touch. Free parking across the road was full sometimes but wasn’t an issue really as paid parking available.

A must place to stay and eat in Adenau.

I have stayed at Pinocchio many times. The rooms are cleaned every day and clean towels are provided . Very conveniently situated in the town of Adenau. And Pinocchio do great food and thier legendary Pinocchio Pizzas 🍕 🙌 👌. This is why I continue to stay at Pinocchio every time I visit the Area . See you in October 2023. There was a big tv There was a bed The toilet was working

There was no remote for the tv Room where cold when we arrived (28th december) Staff seemed annoyed about late check in.. There was a lot of noise from the street Cleaning was not good, dirty under the bed and around the room.

Breakfast was spot on. Rooms were cleaned daily along with new towels etc. Not a bad word to say about hotel or staff. Location is perfect for short commute to Nurburgring and also has enough bars, restaurants along same stretch of road.
