Great stopover location for Walibi Belgium

Clean and comfortable throughout. There was a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer which were very useful. Loved the spa bath once we mastered the settings! The pool was great and we got an hour free privately each day. The tablet in the room was very useful. Everything was very efficient. The tv had Netflix and could get English as an option. There is a supermarket literally 2 doors away. Great location for Walibi Belgium stopover

The very steep stairs to the mezzanine! It’s a huge drop and not to be attempted while half asleep or carrying anything!

Great place for a group of adults to stay. Not kid friendly though

Comfortable and had all the facilities we needed - particularly fans and A/C which was definitely needed! Everything was very clean and tidy.

One bathroom en suite to the main bedroom, which meant a bit awkward for our friends who slept on the bed on the mezzanine.

Great clean and well equipped apartment!

Great location, parking and facilities in the apartment. Checking in and out is easy via the tablet and booking the swimming pool and suana can be done easily. Supermarket next door was very helpful and the apartment was very clean and good comfortable beds. Would highly recommend and use again.

The stairs to the upstairs beds may not be suitable for young children or anyone with mobility issues.

Perfect place to stay

I loved everything about the apartment. It was super clean, very modern, and I felt very safe being there with my daughter. The pool was amazing! We had if to ourselves for an hour. The pool area was clean, warm, and cozy. Great shower rooms. The air conditioner felt wonderful. The decorations were on point in the Fire apartment--red decor. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Personal parking spot. But what I loved most was the tablet that allowed us to boom the pool, order food, learn where the attractions were, and communicate with the owners. They responded so fast I was stunned. I highly recommend My Cocoon. I will definitely come back to stay again. It was perfect!

There was hardly any issues with the apartment. Water from the shower ran out from under the door of the shower onto the bathroom floor. Had to use towels 2 days in a row to stop water from going further. Otherwise, the rain shower was still great!

Fully satisfied as always

This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint once again. First of all, they really embraced the contactless approach to traveling. A couple of days prior to the check-in date, I received a very detailed email explaining how to access the property using a code. Once inside the apartment, a tablet was provided which included information about the property rules, a guide to the surrounding area, and an online booking system for the swimming pool and sauna. Using the tablet was very intuitive and simple. My first impression of the apartment was that the decoration had been carefully selected and fit the theme of the apartment and a wonderful flower scent filled the property. The furniture was not basic and felt somewhat premium. The kitchen was fully equipped including a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle (coffee pads and tea bags provided), and even a dishwasher. Detergents were provided too. A nice touch was the presence of a washer/dryer which is very convenient when coming back from the swimming pool. Finally the bathroom included both a shower and a bathtub with jacuzzi. For light sleepers like me, it was reassuring that the apartment was well insulated.

I used the kitchen to cook every evening however I wish that there could have been a bit more utensils such as: cutting knives (only 1 supplied), cutting boards (none supplied), a strainer, more frying pans (only 1 supplied with no lid), and the salt and pepper shakers were empty.

Beautiful apartment, cosy, supersuper clean. The swimming pool and the jacuzi ; just perfect! We’d an amazing time.

The stairs are bit scary at the beginning. You’ve just got the be very careful.

Ich komme gern wiede denn ich habe mich wohl gefühlt.

Super Ausstattung, es hat alles was man braucht. Man sieht und spürt, dass die Unterkunft mit Liebe erstellt wurde.

Wenn man ein wenig in die Ecken schaut sieht man hier und da Alterserscheinungen bzw. Renovierungsbedürftige Stellen. (Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau)

Le logement est très bien équipé et très propre. L'espace piscine est juste exceptionnel ! L'emplacement est idéal proche de toutes commodités, en particulier le magasin d'alimentation à 50m. Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil chaleureux. Nous recommandons ce logement à 100%

Nous avons apprécié la qualité de la literie, ainsi que la piscine.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié le fait de n’avoir qu’une heure par jour et le supplément de 10 € l’heure par personne pour la piscine. Le fait de ne pas avoir Netflix dans la chambre . Baignoire, balnéo, fuyantes et extrême extrêmement bouillante . Aboiement de chien dans les environs de 23 heures minuit. Qu’est-ce que nous n’avons pas encore apprécié mon amour de se détendre nous avons eu l’impression d’être constamment surveillée .

Absence de volets. Les places de parking prises systématiquement en journée par les personnes réservant la piscine. Des véhicules garés sur deux places. Un petit four serait appréciable.

bohužel ale příliš přetechnizované, kód nefungoval a přístup ani do jednoho z apartmánů, i když všude napsáno, že bez kontraktní ubytování tak pán musel přijít. Bez připojení k internetu nefungovala sprcha :-(. Než majitel opravil pustil mne do jiné sprchy. Komplikované vše přes tablet, i když vše zaplaceno dopředu tak ještě na místě záloha? jinak nešlo pracovat s tabletem přes který další instrukce, možnost bazénu..

Zeer tevreden, paar kleine opmerkingen.

De gastheer was zeer vriendelijk. Het zwembad was ideaal en het reserveringssysteem werkte goed. Parkeren was goed geregeld en ook het inchecken beviel goed. De delhaize proxy praktisch naast het appartement is top. Het keukentje was erg fijn.

De douchekop was niet erg schoon. Die hebben we zelf schoongemaakt. Ook miste we wat spullen in de keuken, zoals een kaasschaaf en een snijplank.

Het was een geweldig! Heerlijk gezwommen!

Het was schoon, het zwembad, bubbelbad en de keuken met alles d’r op en d’r aan. Het was goed te bereiken na de afslag van de snelweg. Een groene omgeving.

Het was een duplex appartement. De kamer voor de kinderen was boven, maar uiteindelijk durfde de kleine niet van de steile trap. Uiteindelijk heeft hij daar niet geslapen. Wat jammer was. Onze oudste sliep daar wel. Dat was het enige klein detail.

Prévenir qu'il y a une demande de caution en ouvrant la tablette. Ayant déjà réglé le séjour, même si nous l'avons très bien compris, ça surprend beaucoup quand on n'est pas prévenu au préalable !

Piscine chère et descriptif d'accessibilité pas honnête.

Bonjour, Le logement était tout à fait correct. Ce qui n'est pas honnête à mon sens, c'est d'inscrire qye la piscine privée est disponible de 9h à 21h. J'ai réservé ce logement situé à 40 min de chez moi pour profiter de la piscine et en arrivant, je ne peux réserver qu'une heure par jour. Chaque heure supplémentaire est facturée 20 euros ( mentionné nul part). De plus, en arrivant le vendredi 17h, il n'y avait déjà plus de créneau disponible pour le samedi matin. Si j'avais su, je n'aurais pas payé 350 eur 2 nuits pour être à 40 min de chez moi avec la possibilité d'aller 1h par j ( 2h pour 2 nuits) à la piscine. Je serais restée chez moi et je serais allée à la piscine de Mons. Descriptif pas honnête.

Lieu très agréable et quartier safe et calme. Appartement grand et bien agencé. Super déco. Lit confortable. Plein de petites attentions qui sont très appréciées. Merci "my Cocoon"! Piscine intérieure privatisée en choisissant son horaire. Plein de créneaux dispos et bains a remous dans l'appart. Place de parking juste devant.
