Hall Suites

We really enjoyed our stay at Hall Suites Empoli. The apartments are spacious and comfortable , making them a great base for exploring Tuscany. Pros: Excellent central location – right in the heart of Empoli, with shops, cafés and restaurants close by. Very convenient for the train station, which is only a short walk away, making trips to Florence and other destinations easy. Spacious apartments. Air conditioning, which was very welcome during the warmer weather we were experiencing. Very comfortable bedding and a great night's sleep. Clean, modern and tastefully furnished. A lovely atmosphere and a comfortable place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Did not have some basic crockery and cutlery, like a butter knife for example, a plate.etc.

Le logement est situé dans une rue semi pietonne, très calme et très bien centrée. La décoration y est délicate et élégante et la climatisation bienvenue.

Il s'agit d'un B&B avec bed mais pas de breakfast, contrairement à ce qu'annonce le site et les commentaires élogieux des anciens résidents. Il semble que la formule ait été supprimée depuis le COVID .. sans modification sur le site. Un peu déçues.

Great location, nice design, good shower, comfortable bed.

There was zero daily housekeeping. Also communication was extremely lacking. If we wanted to ask a question, we had to submit through booking.com and wait to hear back. There really isn’t any breakfast as advertised. The “breakfast is a room that they open for a few hours in the morning, with coffee pods and a terrible pre-packaged muffin. Also, don’t expect to find ice. You will have to go on a hunt for extra toilet paper too. There are no available amenities. In the photos there is a beautiful lounge room pictured, don’t expect to have access to it, this room is locked the majority of the time. It is overpriced concerning all the above issues. They are also inflexible with a later checkout.
