Location was good and the room was spacious. Checking was easy and communication was great.
The lift was broken. Had to carry luggage downstairs at check out.

Great location, nice design, good shower, comfortable bed.
There was zero daily housekeeping. Also communication was extremely lacking. If we wanted to ask a question, we had to submit through booking.com and wait to hear back. There really isn’t any breakfast as advertised. The “breakfast is a room that they open for a few hours in the morning, with coffee pods and a terrible pre-packaged muffin. Also, don’t expect to find ice. You will have to go on a hunt for extra toilet paper too. There are no available amenities. In the photos there is a beautiful lounge room pictured, don’t expect to have access to it, this room is locked the majority of the time. It is overpriced concerning all the above issues. They are also inflexible with a later checkout.
