A gem Hotel Alexandra

They were available and welcomed us at 10pm checkin, for which we were grateful. Even have elevator. Breakfast was in lovely Breakfast room with kind waiter. The area seemed safe and clean.

food prices not according to the preparation of the menu (€18 per plate of noodles - salad and biscuit), poor low-cost infrastructure for the price of the room, it does not have a silence system so that housekeeping does not enter while sleeping, lousy bedding and uncomfortable bed.

Perfect!

This hotel was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and just a short walk to the city center. The internet was fast and there was a great little work space where I could catch up on some work I needed to do. I would happily stay here again.

Good

Location is good. Especially if you wanna go to the Vinci museum or walking in a little town. We were on the trip from Rome to Milano and wanted to do this and stay a night in a little bit different place in countryside. We got it. And suprisingly was our room a balcony.

They didn't speak english very good. Seems more popular place for Italians as a tourists. Parking lot was not very near the hotel. And the restaurant is definitely nice place for sports fan (I'm not). But all of this wasn't any problem and could be for some other guest conversely very good thing.

Nice place, definately recommend it.

The hotel felt like a familie, people were very friendly, altough if u travel with ur dog, make sure u let them know before u come. Dogs are most welcome but I think they have special rooms for people travelling with their dog. The breakfast was very nice, good service, i could really recommend this hotel to every body.

Passable

Location. Towels where changed every day and there were toiletries in the bathroom. If you are fan of sweets, than you will enjoy the breakfast, mostly based on sweet stuff. Owners seemed pretty nice.

The rooms require a deeper cleaning. The toilet was not desinfected properly. The shower had clear signs of mold and rust on the doors. None of the receptionist spoke English but we managed with the little Italian we know.

It was a very nice stay, clean and very friendly! Very good location and food! Really absolutely enjoyed my stay! Thank you very much!!! I recommend it further without any doubts! Very nice, beautiful hotel in beautiful Tuscany!

ho molto apprezzato la cordialità e la disponibilità dello staff, la Signora Alessandra molto attenta alle richieste dei sui ospiti. Molto comodo il servizio di ristorazione all'interno dell'hotel e devo dire che ho mangiato molto bene con ottimi prodotti

Encantador hotel

Sencillamente Espectacular, la hospitalidad de Alexandra es única, muy amable, el hotel es hermoso, muy cómodo, súper aseado, cama impecable, baño muy confortable, con buenos espacios, todo es staff súper atento, la comida en el restaurante es deliciosa, tu uno la oportunidad de cenar y el sabor de la comida es increíble. Hotel Alexandra es de esos sitios a los que siempre vas a querer volver, súper recomendado!!!!

Buena noche.

La amabilidad del personal. Íbamos 3 personas para una habitación y por qué había disponibilidad nos ofrecieron la opción de re acomodarnos para estar más cómodos. La habitación era amplia y el baño también.

El desayuno era 100% de dulce. No había huevos, jamones, quesos. Realmente muy básico,

La dependance è confortevole in palazzina nuova. Bagno all'altezza. Letto comodo.

Stanza piccola. Mancano zanzariere alle finestre e porte esterne. Insonorizzazione fra le camere veramente scarsa. Colazione migliorabile più in qualità che in varietà (non c'è salato disposizione)

El hotel no está en la ubicación donde dice, te mandan para otro lado. No nos dieron el control del aire acondicionado, querían que lo pidamos en la recepción del otro hotel cuando ya nos habíamos instalado y era tarde en la noche. Mucho calor. El desayuno mediocre.

La disponibilità dello staff. Era sorto un dilemma per una “svista” nel fatto che viaggiavo coi cani ma prontamente hanno trovato il messaggio e cambiato camera.

Nella doccia il soffione nn erogava bene l’acqua e nn veniva subito calda. Appena tiepida.

Una gradita scoperta

La cortesia e la disponibilità dei titolari e dello staff in generale. Il Ristorante con cucina toscana di qualità eccelsa. La tranquillità del posto e, per me, la comodità logistica, essendo molto vicina al mio cliente. A me che non sopporto il freddo, la gradevolissima temperatura della camera.

Tutto ciò che ho scritto sopra, ha abbondantemente sopperito alla camera che non era di quelle nuove. Ma è inclusa nel programma di ristrutturazione. Nulla da segnalare.
