There was 2 other villas, which where empty during our stay there.
Location was great, nice walks along a quiet beach,
There was a BBQ listed on the amenities, however was broken and out of use.

Location by the sea and view from villas, comfy beds, good room fan, nice verandah, kayak and snorkelling equipment available, a bunch of fresh bananas provided
No welcome or hello/goodbye greeting at any time, either written or in person ( despite being present on site), just a one line message asking if we had paid yet.
No BBQ as advertised- should remove from description of facilities, as according to other reviews hasn’t been available for a long time,
Disappointing swimming and snorkelling in front of villas
Room very hot on arrival as had been shut up, made first night uncomfortable

The location is fabulous, a few feet to the waters edge, with great swimming beaches 5 min walk either side. 2 canoes available and we were able to paddle out to where the turtle tours happen. Great snorkeling with snorkel gear provided. Handy to have access to a washing.machine.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable as per other reviews, hard and squeaked every time you rolled over. My husband slept on the couch most nights. Wifi is not included, you have to sign up with Vodaphone and pay. TV is a monitor only, no access to the local TV station, although a USB is provided with limited movies. You can also hotspot to your phone and watch Netflix. No air conditioning, fans only.
