Madison Hill - White Hill House 4 - 2 bedroom flat

The property is in a fabulous location—a close walk from Clapham South station. The neighborhood is lovely with great restaurants and grocery stores — but it’s a reprieve from the hustle and bustle of central London. The apartment is equipped with everything one needs to cook in and is a cozy place to relax at the end of a full day. The space was perfect for our family of four. The hosts thought of everything! They are welcoming and responsive.

We had a lovely stay at Madison Hill, White House 4! The flat was in such a great location, 2 minutes walk from Clapham South tube and the Northern line to take you to central London in minutes. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The full size fridge, oven and dishwasher made home cooking really easy and the balcony was a really great extra area to have. The communication was really clear and the little extras, like electrical adapters and tea, coffee and milk were a thoughtful touch. We would definitely stay here again!

Appartement propre, emplacement idéal, avec tous les ustensiles et appareils nécessaires. Terrasse jolie et agréable même si la météo ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter

Je ne peux pas dire que nous n’avons pas aimé c’est juste un petit commentaire… j’avais réservé cet établissement parce que j’appréciais le fait que la 2eme chambre avait 2 lits simples pour les enfants et au final les lits étaient collés pour faire un lit double, dommage, mais au final les enfants n’ont pas eu de problème avec ça. Peut être le bruit de cette même chambre, la fenêtre donnant sur une rue très passante. En revanche la propriétaire avait prévu des boules quies, que nous avons mis aux enfants la 2ème nuit pour atténuer le bruit.

I knew that the property was much larger than needed for 2 (and thus more expensive) but we really enjoyed our stay. There were 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a full bathroom and plenty of closets, and one with a desk. The living room was spacious and comfortable, with good television, a dining table, and a lovely outdoor deck with furniture. There was a well-supplied full-size kitchen with appliances and detailed instructions about WiFi, accomodations and neighborhood. This is not a tourist neighborhood, but there is a tube station, a large park, and 3 grocery stores within 1/4 mile . . . and more restaurants, parks and shops within a mile. The manager was friendly and accomodating to our needs.

This 2 bedroom flat was up 2 stair flights. The door locks and appliances were confusing to us (as North Americans) . . . but I suspect that they would make perfect sense to UK residents and Europeans.
