The location is excellent given very close walking distance to Balham Train and Tube stations. walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is clean and has modern facilities and bathroom. The sofa bed in the lounge was handy for visitors with clean linen. The property manager communicated well.
Issues with the toilet cistern constantly running water, which was noisy and took some days to get fixed. The tap to the washing machine was turned off and not accessible to turn on. The heating / cooling in the apartment was not easy to control with no instructions. Some basic maintenance needed eg: skirting board in kitchen under cupboards falling out. Property owner mentioned an instructions booklet for the property which I never found.

Nice place to stay and nice foods around, also the host is very friendly.
The ventilation is horrible and not working well, also I don't like the motion-sensing light in the bathroom, that you will experience no light environment and try to get your light back.

Well maintained property. Excellent communication before and after booking. I was pleasantly surprised to find an adapter for use with non UK chargers.
Instructions/user manual for appliances were not available.
