Casa Sunset Benalmádena Beach & Pool

The location is excellent with easy access to the beach and shops. The apartment has been renovated to a high standard with lovely fittings and bathroom. The bed is so comfortable; better than mine at home! Good, prompt communication via messaging with owner. An ideal place for a longterm stay, and we would happily stay again. I would give the apartment a score of 9.

I would give the building a score of 7. The building, which isn't show in the photos in old and ugly like many in Bonanza Square and surrounding area. It is a residential building not a holiday complex so people come and go at all hours. We had noisy young neighbours for three nights and an unpleasant smell of cannabis drifting in the apartment. After they left it was much better and we slept really well. The main pool was closed and there are no loungers or garden chairs so we didn't use the small pool. Bathroom needs a towel rail! And a small coffee table is needed.

Location was perfect

Only improvement could be the sofa bed
