Lovely apartment Benalmádena RDR504

Wij hadden op de 1e dag gemeld dat het douchputje niet door liep. De hele badkamer was overstroomd en het water liep de woonkamer in. Wij kregen wel een reactie maar er is geen actie ondernomen. Dit vinden wij een slechte zaak.

We stayed here in early April, and it was an amazing experience — book it, you won’t regret it! First of all, the apartment is new and had everything our family of five needed. The location is perfect (although it might be a bit challenging for older people, as it is located on a hillside, but in Benalmádena almost all accommodations are on a hill, with the beach down below). But the biggest advantage of this place is the incredibly helpful staff. On our first night, we were missing a bedding set for the third bed, and it was provided almost immediately. Later, we had a plumbing issue, and a technician arrived very quickly and fixed everything. But the most impressive part happened after we returned home from our vacation and realized that one of our bags was missing. It contained our child’s birthday gifts, including a wallet with €250 inside. The person who cleaned the apartment after our stay found the bag, wallet, and money. They transferred the money back to our bank account and sent the rest of our belongings by post. Something truly unbelievable! We were devastated and honestly didn’t believe it would be possible to recover our belongings. Thank you so much for this! And special thanks to Alex for making all of this happen. Thank you, Alex!

Not really a negative, but something to keep in mind: the apartment is located in a residential area, so there are house rules that need to be respected, such as no smoking and keeping noise levels low in the evenings. This can sometimes be a bit challenging, especially when traveling with family on vacation. However, even though we were a family of five and can sometimes be quite lively, we didn’t experience any issues at all.

Great central location, clean and spacious apartment. Modern look. Easy check in and check out, staff were very responsive. Would stay again!

Some extra pillows would have been nice!

Quiet location, 10 mins from a busy square with restaurants,bars and supermarket. Nice and clean, little welcome package for kitchen.

3 loungers not 4, one bedroom with only one bedside table. The steep hill from seafront. No tea towels. Pillows on bed to low, had to use cushions. The key box on a fence over the road from apartments, it didn’t make sense. The pool to open to the road, room for 4 maybe 6 at a push. Astro turf gets really hot and a big part missing so just dirt. Could not get hob to work, stayed cold, no toaster.
