Sijainti oli hyvä, lähellä rantaa ja Parque de la Palomaa. Asunto oli siisti, avara ja rauhallinen. Erityistä plussaa tiskikoneesta, pesukoneesta ja kuivaustelineestä sekä kauppakärrystä, joiden avulla viikon oleskelu sujui mukavasti.

Lyhyt mutta jyrkkä ylämäki rantakadulta kohteeseen voi olla hankala, jos on liikuntavaikeuksia. Ensimmäisen kerroksen asunnostamme näköala ei ollut kummoinen, koska viereinen rakennus blokkasi näkymät tehokkaasti, mutta luulisin että ylemmissä kerroksissa on parempi tilanne.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage (3 min zum Strand und 5-7 min zum Supermarkt). Ein öffentlicher Bus fährt direkt unten an der Hauptstraße und man ist direkt an den Bars an der Promenade. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes eine kaputte Waschmaschine. Die Vermietgesellschaft hat sich DIREKT darum gekümmert, sodass am nächsten Morgen bereits eine neue Waschmaschine geliefert wurde. Insgesamt war die Vermietgesellschaft immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und die Einrichtung war wirklich schön. Vielen Dank.

Las camas muy cómodas, nos dejaron bastantes toallas y gel de baño, pastillas lavadora, etc.. se agradece llegar y tener lo necesario para primeros días sin tener que ir corriendo al supermercado. Incluso botellas agua y vino bienvenida. Muy buen servicio!

Que el check in lo haces solo, no viene nadie a recibirte y revisar el apartamento contigo. Así que hice fotos de los desperfectos que ya tenía el piso por precaución para la fianza, y se los mandé a la empresa que gestiona el piso. Todo bien.

Very clean, comfortable beds and bedding, great location, spacious and good communication with staff and beautifully decorated. Great range of cooking facilities with full size fridge, hob, dishwasher and wash machine.

It’s something that didn’t bother us but might annoy others, the wall on the balcony is very high and you can’t sit out and look at the surroundings, you need to stand up to get any sort of view. On the other hand this would be very safe for small children. You also need to turn both hot and cold water taps simultaneously in the shower to activate the hot water.
