Trindade Premium Suites & Apartments

Location is in quiet road close to restaurants and other facilities. Very close to most places to visit and shops. Also close to central train station. Room had a smaller kitchen with all the equipments to prepare breakfast and dinner. Fridge was appreciated to keep drinks and food cold. Communication before arrival with the owners was very professional and friendly. Would stay again with them.

Very slow wifi which was annoying as we used it to plan next day activities but also WhatsApp. Would have been nice to have one or two comfortable seats as there were only two chairs in our room. Also we discovered that there is a garden/patio in the back of the house, it would have been nice to have access to it especially in the evening.

- The location was very central, so it’s a good exit point to explore the city. - The living room area is big and the house has a lot of potential. - Air conditioning. - The communication with the owners was good and the check-in was very smooth.

There is a few things to keep in mind: - I wish the photos would represent the real picture of the accommodation. The outdoor area had some uncomfortable garden chairs and tables and it felt completely abandoned (attaching photos). - There are 2 bedrooms: one bedroom has one complete wall covered with the main entrance door, which means it feels (noise-wise) you sleep on the street - drunk people walking by. - The second room has an open wall concept - it’s on the second floor and there is no wall, you see directly in the living room. Keep in mind for privacy and noise reasons - if somebody was in the living room/kitchen, you could hear (and see) everything. The only bathroom with the shower was on this floor, so everybody had to go through this room in order to have a shower (which gives it even less privacy). - The noise was insane. Since it’s located on a very live/drinking street, we spent one of the nights hearing drunk people screaming, walking past etc. - You also hear everything happening in the apartment above. - The kitchen had no coffee machine, kettle etc. - what was on the photos. - The American fridge (water and ice deposit) was incredibly dirty. - The house felt very used and as said, not giving the same vibes as the photo, which is a shame. - The private parking close to the accommodation was closed during the whole duration of our stay (not something that is the owner’s fault, but keep in mind). - The bathrooms have a lot of humidity and mold, need some renovation.

Excellent location

Garden needed some attention.

Close to nearby attractions. Spacious room.

Thr airconditioning wasn’t cooling the room. We didn’t get the chance to message the owner since we would always get home late. No escalator/elevator going up the next lup with heavy luggage.
