The location, the facilities, just everything (almost).
Two minor issues. Please don't say you have mosquito nets when they're all ripped and don't work. The internet was the slowest internet that even things like tiktok wouldn't work. 1.3mb/s is shockingly slow. I know it was free, which is why I didnt stop my score but it cannot cost much more to get something just a little faster. Or maybe change the provider to one that has better reception. My phone is Illiad and that was so bad but windtre for my friend was really fast. Maybe use them.

Looks really good. The view and windows are great. Pretty paintings, overall looks and feels comfortable being there. Better than modern new apartments if you want to experience the feeling of forreal being in Italy. We we’re scared from the reviews, but we ended up being suprised and satisfied.
You cannot ever fully close the windows, there’s cold air coming in at night. We had to sleep in hoodies. Even during the day it would be 20°C and sunny hot outside but it would be cold inside because of the windows. BUT other than that, there was no problem at all. A lot of people here complain about the little unimportant things.
