Everything was outstanding from the "wow" factors of the the view from the roof top terrace (to where Agostina brought ohr breakfast every morning), the private swimming pool (perfect for cooling off after a hot day) to the suite itself with its private elevator to take you up.
The house is perfectly located just a short 10 minute walk to the old town of Ostuni and a slightly shorter walk to the main square where there is a variety of good restaurants to choose from.
Agostina was a perfect host and provided a thoughtful and tasty breakfast (using local ingredients) every morning.
We had a fab time and would highly recommend staying here.

the location was excellent for walking everywhere in town. The pool was lovely and rooftop terrace had a wonderful view.
only the bedroom was air conditioned , the living area was not and it made for a very uncomfortable stay in July. We would never had stayed here if we knew it was not fully air conditioned. in addition several things were not functioning well such as the very small and inadequate frigo and the coffee machine.We had to keep contacting the owner for help and ice to have a cool drink.
I don’t think this should be labeled as a luxury stay. There was no daily housekeeping owner asked us to leave dirty plates outside and no fresh breakfast pastries as promised. All in all I thought it was overpriced and NOT a luxury stay. As the owner is a hotel manager he should know he needs to make some improvements
