It was home from home. We loved everything about this apartment. It had everything you needed, comfortable beds, great kitchen and very good layout. It was also within a few minutes walking distance to the train station. I would highly recommend it and would love to come back again. Truly exceptional…..thank you Regula for being a fantastic host

Fantastic self catering apartment. Highly recommended with very helpful, friendly host.

Convenient location 2 minutes walk from the station with good connections to Grindelwald, Murren and Interlaken. Very comfortable bed, powerful hot shower and well equipped kitchen with excellent oven.

A little more lighting in the living space as it was a little gloomy in some areas, and a working outside light.

the location was amazing! the view is what you expect of Switzerland. just pure beauty of nature! Apartment was very clean and organized. Amenities are very useful. The owner was very accomodating and responsive, and gave us a very warm welcome before and after our stay

This is a wonderful chalet that allowed us to explore while still enjoying all the comforts of home.

Regula is a hospitable, attentive host who has created a clean and cozy place for travellers of all kinds to enjoy. Living in Schwendi was also great because it is quieter than Grindelwald while still having convenient access by train to all points of interest in the Jungfrau region. Would definitely recommend booking here.

Regula is an amazing host and made us feel extremely welcomed and comfortable. The location is fantastic with easy access to Schwendi station, amazing views and a quiet location. The amenities are great and has more than enough for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The only improvement could be some thinner bed sheets or some air conditioning as it was warm overnight at some points.

The property is located an easy couple of minutes walk from Schwendi bei Grindelwald stop (Schwendi station). The station is small and easy to access and has a beautiful river running past. The train runs every half hour to next stop, Terminal (3 min trip) and next from that Grindelwald station (7 min) with beautiful views. Our stay was absolutely perfect! The accommodation is perfectly situated and very quiet and private! We stayed in an apartment with full privacy and exclusive use. The accommodation was very clean, well maintained and very spacious with a large dining and lounge area and balcony with a beautiful view. There was everything available to cook at home, should you choose, including a microwave (which is the only place so far in our travels which has had one). Our host was wonderful! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and nothing was too much trouble. I would have loved to stay longer and when we are back this is the place I will rebook without hesitation. Thank you to our host!

Sparkling clean apartment, great views, kitchen packed with a lot of appliances like toaster, two kinds of coffee machines, kettle , fondue pot etc…!!! Regula is very friendly and helpful host !!! Train station just over the corner, which is convenient. Definitely recommend this place !!!

The perfect stay with beautiful views

Perfect distance from the town, buses and trains were regular and stopped directly outside of the property. We had all of the necessities provided for us (pots, pans, baking paper, sugar, olive oil etc.) Regula was lovely and gave us all the information we needed! We’ll definitely be staying again.

Super Apartment, spacious and comfy, well equipped kitchen, although could have done with one smaller saucepan. Host very nice and helpful, lots of help with local info. Station just 3 minutes walk away, but didn't notice the trains going by. Would love to visit again sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay.

Well-furnished and equipped apartment with a terrace, in a quiet location, a few meters from the mountain train station (ticket included), only one stop from the cable car entrance. Very friendly and helpful owner. Probably the best choice in the area.
